Emperks Web Technologies is looking for skilled IT professionals who are customer focused and dedicated helping solve the IT requirements of the clients we serve. All of our representatives should have reliable transportation and effective interactive skills. We are also looking for individuals who possess a can-do spirit and positive attitude.

Customer Relations Representatives

Our customer relations representatives are responsible for growing and maintaining the relationships we have established with clients throughout the Southern California Area. Emperks Web Technologies provides daily training to our customer relations representatives in our Corporate Office for the first 90 days in an effort to become acquainted with our technology, processes and procedures. Customer relations representatives are tasked to meet with clients weekly to review their account history, our support and to propose other products/services that Emperks Web Technologies deems would be beneficial to the customer.
